Frequently asked questions
What counts as a download?
Each unique lesson resource you download counts as one download from your monthly quota. Every download includes both the student and teacher versions of the lesson. Once you have downloaded a resource, you can re-download it anytime in the future without it counting against your monthly quota.
How do bespoke lesson requests work?
You can request a custom lesson by submitting details through our lesson planning assistant (available with our Premium Bespoke lesson subscription plan only). We'll create both the student and teacher versions and deliver them to you within 72 hours.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a one-time revision for that lesson, which will also be delivered within 72 hours. After 7 working days, your lesson may be added to our resource catalogue.
Do bespoke lesson credits roll over?
Yes. Unused bespoke lesson credits roll over for up to 3 months, so you have plenty of time to use them at those moments when you need them the most.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll have access to our resources under your current subscription terms until the end of your current billing period.
When do downloads reset?
Your download allowance resets on the same date each month (your subscription start date).
Can I change my subscription renewal date?
No. Your subscription renewal date is based on the day you sign up. If you'd like to have a different renewal date, you would need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one on your preferred date.
How can I pay for my subscription?
Payments on TeachESLPro can be made using a credit or debit card. All payments are processed by Stripe. All payments are in GBP.
Will the subscription automatically renew each month?
Yes, your TeachESLPro subscription is set to renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime through your account settings if you no longer wish to continue the subscription.
Can I preview the lessons before subscribing?
To protect our content, we do not offer lesson previews. Access becomes available once a subscription has been selected and payment is completed.
Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Subscription” page. Any changes will take effect from your next billing date.
Where can I view my subscription invoices?
You can view and download your subscription invoices by logging into your account and going to the “Subscription” page. All invoices are available in PDF format.
Are the lessons in British English or American English?
TeachESLPro lessons are written in British English. However, some lessons include audio or video content that may feature other varieties of English, including American English. This helps learners become familiar with different accents and real-world language use.
